Beach Koukounaries, Skiathos

The beach Koukounaries is one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean and is known by the name “Golden Sand” since the sand is very fine and shining like the sun. It is nowadays «THE Beach to be and to be seen!».
The beach borders to the protected wetland area of the Strofylia lagoon, which there is a specially designed place for animals.
