Beef with a little fat, the crab consists of boiled pieces of meat mixed with their broth. It looks a bit thick, but its texture is more compact. Make cylindrical sticks. Store in the refrigerator for 7-10 months if not opened. It is eaten raw cut into small cubes and uniquely accompanied by a sour-red wine.
