Plaka is the longest beach (4km) and is the extension of Agia Anna. It is an impressive, huge and beautiful beach with a fine white sandy beach with large sand dunes, an enchanting scenery, sheltered from the winds of the summer. In some spots you may find cedar trees that grow near the beach in August and beautiful flowers on the sandy beach. It is a beach ideal for families, just like Agia Anna.
Next to the sea there are taverns and rooms to let overlooking the endless blue. Plaka is one of the first destinations in Naxos in recent years.
