Polylimnio Waterfalls, Messinia

Polylimnio is a complex of many lakes that, due to the uneven ground, create lakes and waterfalls. The Mavrilimna lakes with Kefalovrysos, Mavrolimna and then the waterfall of Kadis, dominates between the large and sharp rocks of the gorge, with its waters crawling over the surface of the lake from a height of 25 meters. The number of the lakes allows visitors to see places worthwhile without getting tired especially as the local road leads them alongside other lakes, left Kadis, Italianos, Stathoulas and on the right Mavrelimna and the path that connects them and reaches Kadis . Access to the village of Voufrados is an easy hit, as it is located between Pylos and Messina. In the middle and more specifically in the Kazarma community there is a sign that leads to the community of Haravgi and to the final destination of Polylimini. The distance from the parking lot to a lush path is about twenty minutes’ walk.
